We support any SIP capable device including softphones and mobile SIP clients. It is required that your device has the G729 codec installed.

Supported SIP Phones

 

Havex supports any SIP capable device including hard-phones, soft-phones, mobile clients and other SIP capable devices. Please make sure your device has the G729 codec installed.

The following SIP phone manufacturers are all fully supported, but not limited to. Please note that Havex only supports the open SIP versions of the Avaya and Mitel brand phones. The other brands are all fully supported as they don’t have any “locked” SIP phones.

Where to buy Phones? 

There are multiple stockists in South Africa selling SIP phones. Takealot.com sells the Yealink range while Makro.co.za sells the Yealink, Fanvil and other ranges.
